Restaurant

Our restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We prepare an open buffet for breakfast every morning with jams, our own sourdough bread and sauces made in house when possible.

Our A La Carte menu is served everyday until 18:00. During dinner service we exclusively offer a degustation menu that changes daily according to the freshest
products we can find.

In addition to these we also offer a Patisserie Menu to showcase all the sweet delicacies we can offer, as well as a gourmet Bar Menu that would perfectly complement your cocktails.

Food Philosophy

Our food philosophy revolves around using, local, seasonal, and, where possible, home grown products that highlight the natural bounty or our Ida Mountain region and the Northern Aegean Sea. In line with this philosophy, every night we offer a tasting menu that changes daily according to what is freshest that day.

In addition to our degustation menu at night, we also offer an A La Carte selection, as well as our Bar and Patisserie menus.

Here at Manici Kasrı, we are blessed to be located in one of the most naturally bountiful, and culturally rich regions of Turkey. As such, we take the utmost care to utilize products that natively grow in the area, and to prepare them in a way that preserves and respects the local traditions of the Northern Aegean region and the Ida Mountains. To ensure the best for our guests, we source many of our products from our own Manici Farms, our extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves in the area, and everything else only from trusted local suppliers with whom we have had long friendships.
