How long does it take from Istanbul?
About 4 hours by car. If you fly, Balıkesir Koca Seyit Airport, with direct flights from Istanbul and Ankara, is 40 km from the hotel.
How many guests can stay at the hotel?
Manici Kasrı hosts 52 guests. Standard and deluxe rooms are in the main building; suites, the garden suite and four villas (Gelincik, Menekşe, Ardıç, Ladin) are in separate buildings.
Do the rooms have fireplaces?
Standard and deluxe rooms have stone fireplaces, suites and the Garden Suite have fireplaces, and the Ardıç and Ladin villas have cast-iron stoves.
Does the hotel have a beach?
Yes. Manici Beach is our private beach on the Assos coast, 5.5 km from the hotel, with 100 metres of shoreline among olive groves and lavender gardens, its own beach menu and lounging areas.
Is there a restaurant at the hotel?
Yes, Ma'ida Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a menu that changes with produce from our garden and North Aegean producers. Our bar is Cohi Bar.
What is breakfast like?
Every morning we lay out an open buffet with our own jams, sourdough bread and house-made sauces. Vegetables come from the Chef's Garden; cheese and butter from the Manici Çiftlik dairy.
Are the mountain bikes free?
They are free. You can pick up the keys for our professional mountain bikes from the front desk during the day.
Are there walking trails nearby?
There are two nature trails of 3 and 5 km very close to the hotel.
Can we hold a wedding or a meeting?
Yes. Our open terrace seats 90 guests and Manici Beach can host country weddings for up to 200. For corporate meetings we offer flexible layouts and technical support for up to 50 people.
Is there accommodation for families or groups of friends?
The Ardıç (70 m²) and two-storey Ladin (90 m²) villas are arranged for families and groups of friends, and suit longer stays.
Are Manici Kasrı and Manici Çiftlik the same place?
No, they are two separate hotels in the same group (Manici). Manici Kasrı is a stone mansion hotel in Yeşilyurt village; Manici Çiftlik is a farm hotel near Assos.
Can Manici Kasrı guests use Nomad Lounge Bar?
Yes. Nomad Lounge Bar at Manici Çiftlik is open only to guests staying at Manici Çiftlik and Manici Kasrı.
When was Manici Kasrı built?
The hotel was built in the late 1990s from local stone and wood and fully renovated in 2019.
