Ma'ida is a chef's restaurant nourished by the nature of the Kaz Mountains. Every plate is prepared with respect for the region's produce and a creative approach to cooking. The menu is built on seasonal produce from our garden and ingredients from the finest producers of the North Aegean.
Ma'ida's kitchen draws on the riches of its landscape. Vegetables and aromatic herbs from our gardens and the best of each season come to life every day through our chef's interpretation.
Rather than following a fixed formula, the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, so every plate reflects the freshest, most characterful produce the Kaz Mountains offer at that time. Through close ties with local producers, we keep to a kitchen that protects and supports the values of the region.

Every morning
Breakfast
Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every morning we lay out an open buffet breakfast with our own jams, our own sourdough bread and, as far as possible, sauces made in-house. The colourful tomatoes and, in season, rocket, spinach and chard come from the hotel's own vegetable garden; the cheese and butter from the Manici Çiftlik dairy.
